WIN a place on a new 10-week bread-making course with Leiths Online
Leiths Onlines new ‘Basics to Baker’ course is designed to take you from budding bread maker to master baker in just 10 weeks, as you learn to bake your way through a range of delicious recipes with step-by-step expert video tutorials. Week by week, new cookery sessions will be released, teaching you basic bread-making techniques as seen in the classic white loaf, all the way through to more complex bakes such as focaccia, ciabatta, sourdough, bagels, babka and many more.
You will gain an education beyond what books can provide; as with all Leiths Online teaching, the course replicates all the elements of in-person learning as it would be at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London. Each student is assigned a dedicated Leiths mentor to guide you through your course, always available to provide essential feedback, expert advice and encouragement throughout your course. Participants also have the opportunity to meet and communicate with their fellow coursemates online as the course progresses, sharing the experience with one another.
Leiths ‘Basics to Baker’ 10-week, online course costs £495, with the course going live for bookings from launching late October, and classes commencing from 19th November.
